The Business Resource Center offers high-powered educational workshops presented by leading industry professionals. The overall goal is to provide business owners and operators with the management, marketing and financial skills necessary for their companies to survive in today's challenging business environment.

This class will teach what you need to know to secure a business loan. You will learn what documents and papeerwork you will need to get a loan from major banks. We will also show you which banks are currently loaning money and what you will need to qualify. You will also learn why a business may need financing, sources of credit, and what you should know about credit.

In this class, we will teach you about certifying your small business through the Federal Government, State of California, Los Angeles County, as well as the Ports of Los Angeles (POLA), and the Port of Long Beach (POLB) and how to become 8(a) certified.
