The Arc Los Angeles and Orange Counties advocates and provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in all aspects of the community through programs and services. The Arc LAOC is a nonprofit organization promoting the principles of self-determination, dignity, and quality of life for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

   Aim High provides a comprehensive program designed to empower men transitioning from incarceration and homelessness. This includes:

Safe and Supportive Housing: Providing a stable foundation and a place to call home.
Personalized Career Development: Working with mentees to identify their strengths, develop job skills, and pursue meaningful employment.
Legal Document Assistance: Helping residents obtain necessary legal documents, which are often crucial for employment, housing, and stability.
Peer Mentorship: Connecting mentees with mentors who have successfully navigated similar transitions, offering guidance and support.
Comprehensive Support Services: Addressing the holistic needs of our residents to ensure their success. This includes financial literacy training, introduction to computer literacy, and connection to other vital resources.
Life Skills Training: Equipping mentees with essential life skills, such as budgeting, time management, communication, and problem-solving, to foster independence and self-sufficiency.
