Established in 1952, Central Basin Municipal Water District (District) is a water wholesaler that provides imported water to 40 retail water providers and one water wholesaler including: cities, mutual water companies, investor-owned utilities and private companies in southeast Los Angeles County.  My Story

With an innate talent for baking, I began modestly by sharing my homemade treats with loved ones. Fueled by a desire to refine my skills, I embarked on a journey of formal culinary education. Today, I take pride in achieving an associate’s degree in Dietetics from Long Beach Community College and graduated as a pastry chef from Chef Tech Cooking School in Long Beach.

At Christine’s Delectables, I create scrumptious baked goods, experiences, and memories. My bakery has served as a cornerstone of support through the trials of early motherhood and has been instrumental in funding my daughter Eve’s art education. Furthermore, giving back to the community, particularly individuals with disabilities, is at the heart of my mission.
